These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the j111 platform and all its services. When you use the j111 website, mobile app, or any other service, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.

j111 is an online gaming platform that provides sports betting, live casino, slot games, and other gaming services for users in Bangladesh. By using this platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements

j111 may at any time request the necessary documents to verify your age and identity. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each individual may operate only one account. If a single person is found operating multiple accounts, j111 has the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any deposited funds. Attempting to open multiple accounts to exploit bonus benefits is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the j111 support team immediately.

3.1 Deposit Rules

Funds can be deposited on the j111 platform using the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for any method is ৳500.

Deposited funds may only be used for online gaming activities. Depositing funds through a third party is strictly prohibited — the name of the depositor and the account holder must be the same.

3.2 Withdrawal Process & Timeline

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this time may increase if additional verification is required.

3.3 Anti-Fraud & Anti-Money Laundering Policy

j111 strictly follows an anti-money laundering (AML) policy. j111 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account and conduct an investigation in the case of suspicious transactions.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members of j111 have the opportunity to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳10,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳18,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 in wagers must be completed before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus offer may only be used once; only one welcome bonus applies per account.
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• If evidence of a rule violation is found after a bonus has been received, j111 may cancel the bonus at any time.
• Bonus offers may be changed or cancelled at j111's discretion.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

j111 ensures a fair play policy across all games. Users are protected through SSL encryption and a secure gaming environment. Artificial interference with any game result, and the use of bots or automated software, is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the j111 platform:

• Operating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses
• Using any software, bots, or technology to influence game results
• Colluding with other players to control game outcomes
• Depositing or withdrawing funds from illegal sources
• Operating an account using false identity or information

5.3 Betting Restrictions

For sports betting, j111 reserves the right to set betting limits on specific markets. If an unusual betting pattern is detected, the relevant bet may be cancelled or placed under review.

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback

• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Through regular and active participation, users can advance to higher VIP tiers. The benefits and cashback rates at each tier may change at j111's discretion.

If a game result remains incomplete due to technical reasons, j111 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and refund the deposited amount. j111 also reserves the right to review transactions completed based on incorrect odds or amounts displayed due to unexpected technical errors.

10.1 Account Closure by j111

j111 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If the Terms are violated
• If false information is provided or identity fraud is proven
• If bonus abuse or operation of multiple accounts is detected
• If financial fraud is suspected

10.2 Voluntary Account Closure

A user may close their account at any time by contacting the j111 support team. If there is a valid balance at the time of closure, it will be returned through the designated method; however, any bonus that has not met the wagering requirements will be forfeited.
